ChatWidgeX provides a chat widget and knowledge base you embed on your site. Plans are described on the pricing page; limits apply per calendar month.
You are responsible for your agents' logins and for the content you publish. Do not use the service for spam, harassment or anything illegal.
Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the period paid for. The Pro trial is 14 days and converts to a paid plan unless cancelled.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for lost sales or data beyond the fees you paid in the previous month.
